Batik Dresses We accept returns and refunds on batik dresses within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at graceofceylonworld@gmail.com within the 7-day window.

All Other Products For all other products, we do not accept automatic returns or refunds. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us via email at [your email] and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using USPS for returns, as we are unable to accept packages delivered via UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

All sales are final after 14 days. We do not offer exchanges.
