Where We Ship We ship within the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Central America (Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama).
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–5 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping & Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on the item and destination:
- In-stock items ship via UPS and typically arrive within 3–15 business days after processing for US & Canada orders.
- Mexico & Central America orders may take 10–21 business days after processing.
- Dropshipped items are shipped directly from our supplier and may arrive via carriers such as Yun Express. Please allow 3–15 business days for delivery after processing.
- Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are shipped from different locations.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs vary by item and destination, and will be displayed at checkout. Some items qualify for free shipping, which will be indicated on the product page.
Customs & Duties International orders (Mexico & Central America) may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
PO Boxes We are unable to ship to PO boxes. Please provide a valid physical street address at checkout.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that tracking updates for internationally sourced items may be limited until the package arrives in the destination country.
